How do I start planning a trip?
Use Plan a trip to share your destination, name and email. Travel dates and additional notes are optional for this initial enquiry. If you already know the property you want, open its details and send a stay enquiry.
Does sending an enquiry book my trip?
No. An enquiry does not book or charge anything, and no payment details are required. Our team checks availability and sends a proposal with final pricing before you decide.
What does price on request mean?
A confirmed price is not displayed for that stay or itinerary. Our team will obtain the relevant rates and confirm availability and final pricing in your proposal.
Are safari prices per person or for the whole villa?
The pricing basis is shown beside each available rate. Some stays are priced per person per night; exclusive-use properties may be priced for the whole villa or lodge, with a minimum guest count. Check the stated units and travel period when comparing stays.
Which hotel benefits are included?
Benefits may include breakfast, hotel credit and room upgrades, depending on the property and rate. Our team will confirm the benefits that apply to your booking.
Can I book a hotel online?
